  • Bring any mobile phone, battery, or accessory, irrespective of carrier, to one of the three Cowichan Sound & Cellular stores in the Cowichan Region for recycling, and we’ll plant a tree.
  • This is a free service.
  • Phones can’t be reclaimed after they’ve been brought in.
  • Before phones can be accepted for recycling, they must be deactivated. Remove all personal information. Remove the SIM card if it has one.

Cowichan Sound & Cellular will be open regular weekend hours on the Saturday and Sunday of the long weekend. Please note that the Mill Bay and Canada Avenue stores will be closed on the holiday Monday.

Our Cowichan Commons store will be open on the Victoria Day Monday from 11am-5pm to service your long weekend cellular needs.
